Job summary

Independent Home Health in Bellefonte, PA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Supervisor to connect caregivers, clients, families, and the office team. You will spend time in the field, visit clients at home, coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets, and foster relationships to ensure the highest quality of care.

In this role you will build supportive relationships, be a go-to resource for questions, and help solve problems quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in home care or supervision is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
