Job summary

Independent Home Health in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Supervisor who will bridge caregivers, clients, families, and office staff. You’ll spend time in the field visiting clients, coordinating caregiver meet-and-greets, and ensuring high-quality in-home care.

• Experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
