Elevance Health is seeking a Manager II GBD Special Programs-Operation Clinical Advisor Teams in North Carolina. This field-based role provides leadership to care management operations, traveling to client sites and occasionally to the office to support program delivery.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes for children and youth under CFSP.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience coordinating with Medicaid and North Carolina Foster Care system preferred.
• LCSW, LICSW, LSW, MSW strongly preferred; LPN/LVN license preferred; travel within NC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated leadership and operational oversight for care management teams serving children and youth with CFSP.
• Ensure clinical supervision, quality, workload management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee interventions to prevent avoidable admissions and support community-based care.
• Coordinate with Medicaid and NC Foster Care services to optimize program delivery.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
