Elevance Health is seeking a Manager I GBD Special Programs to supervise a team delivering comprehensive health programs across physical health, behavioral health, and social services. The role emphasizes staff development, data-driven oversight, and跨-functional collaboration to improve care coordination in a field-based setting.

The position requires a BA/BS with at least 5 years in related fields and a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role, with travel to client sites as needed.

Formación

• BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
• At least 1 year of leadership/management experience
• Field-based role with travel to client sites as required

Responsabilidades

• Manage resource utilization to ensure appropriate delivery of care to members
• Coordinate service delivery including member assessment of physical and psychological factors
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups to maintain and develop the program
• Evaluate current processes of program support functions; recommend changes for efficiency and outcomes
• Develop and conduct staff training programs for the program
• Extract and present analytical findings to relevant markets and stakeholders
• Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
