Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years' experience, including prior management experience.
• Preferred: LCSW/LICSW/LSW; LPN/LVN license may be preferred.
• Experience coordinating with Medicaid and North Carolina Foster Care system.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, quality, workload management, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive consistent use of 1915(i) HCBS and remove barriers to community-based care.
• Oversee interventions to prevent avoidable facility admissions and support community integration.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports; manage program operations.
