Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or human services.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• 2+ years experience in children’s mental health or related public sector health care field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement care plan activities and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with case managers, supervisors, and medical directors to optimize outcomes.
• Provide coaching and support to empower members in healthcare decision-making.
