Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist for a field-based role based in Reno, NV, operating within Cardiac Rhythm Management. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff, delivering engineering, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Bio-Medical Engineering (or related field) and 0–2+ years of experience or certification in cardiac training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in bio-medical engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
0–2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
Must be able to obtain CRM product certification.
Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Clinical Interface: acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
Relationship Building: build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
Comprehensive Support: provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
Training and Education: develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
Sales Support: provide back-up support to CRM sales representatives.
