Job summary

Abbott in Jacksonville, FL seeks a CRM Clinical Specialist to provide comprehensive engineering, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff, and work to grow product expertise across the team.

The role requires a biomedical engineering degree or related healthcare experience, plus 2+ years in the field and CRM product certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM products certification.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Experience with cath lab/OR procedures and pacing systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product knowledge.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
