A leading medical device company is seeking a Surgical Sales 'Heart Team' Specialist to improve cardiac care. This field-based role in Kansas City requires significant experience in cardiac patient support and direct engagement in surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and support on Impella devices, and will actively collaborate with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct patient care in a cardiac transplant or ECMO center CVICU.
• Direct experience in cardiac OR is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and take emergent call.

Responsibilities

• Train and support CT/Heart Failure programs on Impella.
• Provide device expertise and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Surigcal Leadership Team and R&D.
