Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier company, is seeking a Project Manager for the La Porte, IN area. You will lead building automation projects, develop plans and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep BAS expertise and coordination with field engineers and engineers. You will manage project finances, change orders, and resource coordination while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experience and/or 3+ years prior professional experience in HVAC, Building Automation or Industrial Networking, including direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls), Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical is preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects following project processes and provide direction to assisting Field Engineers.
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for overall financial performance of assigned projects including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and cost estimations.
