Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Field-Based Behavioral Support Specialist in Boyertown, PA. The role focuses on delivering behavioral support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings, under supervision, implementing BSPs and CIPs while ensuring compliance with ODP standards.

The position offers flexible scheduling, non-exempt status, and field-based work with regular local travel within Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or related field.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
• Experience with IDD and Autism recommended.
• Familiarity with ODP service delivery standards.
• English proficiency required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral support services for individuals with IDD in home, community, and program settings.
• Implement approved BSPs and CIPs under supervision of a Licensed Behavior Specialist or case lead.
• Monitor progress, collect and document data per ODP timelines, and file incident reports as required.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and progress reviews; communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
