Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Field-Based Behavioral Support Specialist in Erie, PA, to provide direct behavioral support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will implement BSPs and CIPs under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and DSPs to promote safety, independence, and dignity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent IDD experience, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent IDD experience.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
• English proficiency required for communication with participants and families.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral support to individuals with IDD in home, community, and program settings.
• Implement BSPs and CIPs under supervision of LBS or case lead.
• Collect data and document progress in a timely manner per ODP timelines.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Coordinate with DSPs, families, and interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality care.
