Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work primarily in clients' homes, with some sessions in local schools, following individualized Behavior Plans created by BCBA Supervisors.

Hourly pay ranges from $21 to $26, with weekly Friday payouts and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with Special Needs.
• Strong communication skills, both with families and children.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college education acceptable.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency and comfort with mobile apps.
• Ability to work in home environments and in schools.

Responsibilities

• Help kids learn and grow by building social, communication, and behavior skills.
• Implement goals in Behavior Plans designed by BCBA/ Supervisors.
• Document progress and milestones using a mobile app as directed.
• Provide services primarily in clients' homes, with some sessions in schools.
• Support families and participate in crisis intervention when needed.
