Qualifications

• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, control sequences, and building systems.
• Proven troubleshooting experience with controllers, sensors, and actuators.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot issues involving controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and field devices.
• Document service activities and findings through service reports.
