Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Operations Specialist to evaluate dealer fixed operations, identify gaps, and suggest performance improvements. You will coach dealer staff on sales techniques and customer service standards to help achieve OEM and Dealer Plans.

You will monitor progress, document actions, travel to dealer locations, and report KPIs while collaborating with dealership management to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching and mentoring dealer staff.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to dealer locations for on-site support and evaluations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities
