Join our team today! We are currently seeking a skilled appliance repair technician who excels in delivering outstanding customer service. Immediate openings are available for experienced technicians specializing in Whirlpool Brand Service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes or places of business, providing a personalized and exceptional service experience.
• Engage with customers to identify service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide estimates when required.
• Exceed performance metrics to qualify for performance incentives.
• Expertly diagnose and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves (gas/electric), microwave ovens, and dishwashers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest connected technology trends in the home appliance industry and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Complete all required training courses to ensure technician competency and actively seek to remain an expert in the repair industry.
• Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to customer locations.
• Utilize handheld devices to update work orders digitally, contributing to a paperless work environment.
• Consistently deliver a superior 5-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Experienced with refrigeration sealed system repair.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in English (bilingual skills are advantageous).
• Ability to lift or maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields is preferred.
