Via Appliance Service is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician – Whirlpool Brand Specialist to perform in-home repairs with company-provided vehicle. Earn $20–$40+ per hour plus monthly performance bonuses; immediate openings for Whirlpool Brand expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in appliance repair or related mechanical/electrical fields.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers.
• Diagnose and repair major household appliances including refrigerators, washers & dryers, gas & electric ranges, dishwashers, microwave ovens.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems.
• Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations.
• Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment.
• Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology.
• Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance.
• Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
• Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a plus
