Job summary

Terros Health is seeking an ACT Substance Abuse Specialist to join our interdisciplinary ACT clinical team in Phoenix, AZ. You will work 40 hours/week in a setting that blends clinic-based care with in-field community visits, focusing on individuals with Serious Mental Illness or general mental health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment.

The role requires substance use services experience and does not require a clinical license. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and a differential pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of substance use counseling experience.
• Experience with ACT or similar community-based treatment models is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (differential pay available).

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and goals as part of the ACT team.
• Develop individual service plans with the team.
• Provide time-unlimited community-based services (outreach and in-office) and coordinate care across providers.
• Deliver individual counseling and group treatment per client plans.
• Educate and consult other team members on substance use issues."
