Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks an ABA Therapist in Bridgeport, CT, to provide 1:1 ABA services across home, community, and clinic environments. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized plans and collect data to support skill development and behavior reduction.

RBT certification is preferred but not always required based on client and program needs. The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional coursework in psychology, education, behavioral science, social work, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required depending on client/ program needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain communication with clinicians, families, and team members.
• Attend supervision, training, and team meetings.
