Job summary

ezHIRE is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager in Miami to accelerate growth across South Florida and beyond. The role emphasizes developing new business, building strategic relationships, and delivering customized logistics solutions, including warehousing, drayage, and intermodal services.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work with operations and pricing to develop compelling proposals, with approximately 10% travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or 3PL services with field sales focus.
• Proven hunter who builds pipeline and closes deals.
• Expertise selling complex service solutions to B2B clients.
• Willingness to travel ~10% for meetings/events.
• Bilingual in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business across warehousing, distribution, drayage, intermodal, and related services.
• Prospect and engage shippers in South Florida; ports and terminals visits.
• Manage South Florida territory with local outreach and travel.
• Collaborate with ops and pricing to craft competitive proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and expand network.
