Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controls Specialist in Orlando, FL to perform start-up, testing, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls. The role is field-heavy, with about 80% of time spent on customer sites, and includes a company vehicle for travel.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience and familiarity with major systems. A Niagara Niagara N4 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BAS/BMS or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, testing, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium-sized projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Travel to client sites and work in the field as required (approximately 80%).
