Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BAS/HVAC Controls Technician in Sheboygan, WI to perform startup, diagnostics, and commissioning of BAS/BMS systems on small to medium projects. The role is primarily field-based with a company vehicle provided.

You will conduct preventative maintenance and repairs at client sites, 80% in the field, collaborating with contractors and facility professionals to ensure energy efficiency and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
• Familiarity with BAS systems from Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech or Honeywell.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, testing, system diagnostics, and commissioning from system-level controllers to end devices for small to medium projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of BAS/BMS controls.
• Work roughly 80% in the field at customer sites and operate with a company vehicle.
