Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in the Greater Los Angeles area to drive growth and expand our customer base. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with clients.

You’ll benefit from a full-time hybrid schedule, competitive pay ($75k–$120k+), and a benefits package including 401k match, PTO, and company-provided tools. Training is provided for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
• Consultative selling by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Negotiation and closing of deals to meet or exceed targets.
