Republic Master Chefs is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Executive for the South Bay Territory. This field-based role focuses on developing new B2B business, meeting clients across the territory, and presenting uniform and linen service solutions.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $52,000 to $150,000+ annually depending on experience and results. Travel throughout the South Bay required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in the assigned territory.
• Spend majority of time in the field visiting prospective customers.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored uniform and linen service solutions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Close new business and convert prospects to long-term customers.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet sales goals.
