Job summary

Electronic Contracting Company (ECC) is seeking a Service Technician in Kansas City, MO, to support field installation teams with code implementation, device programming and diagnostics. The role requires on-site work and interaction with customers, project managers and programmers.

The candidate should have 5+ years in field installation, CTS-I or equivalent, and Network+ certification, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field installation
• Intermediate AV design experience
• CTS-I or equivalent experience
• Network+ certification
• Cisco ICND within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to field installation teams and clients
• Install, program, diagnose and troubleshoot systems
• Coordinate with Project Management on timelines and status
• Assist with code loading and minor code changes
• Ensure safety policies are followed on-site
