Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Kansas City, MO to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. You will handle calls promptly, triage issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with professional, hands-on support.

The role offers an hourly pay range, rotating shifts, and a benefits package including holidays, vacation, and a company vehicle. Training is provided to grow within a dynamic service team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
