Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant field experience in industrial automation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective teaching.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact technical training at customer sites and in-house.
- Customize content to meet customer needs and audience level.
- Maintain Rockwell Automation knowledge and expand across product families.
- Ensure learning quality through evaluations and feedback.
- Support sales by identifying training opportunities and customer needs.
