Qualifications

• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot all material handling equipment and components.
• Ability to utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve electro-mechanical issues on automated material handling systems and related equipment.
• Perform on-site set-up, programming, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot PLC and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems using technical drawings.
• Complete detailed reports and other paperwork.
• Follow up with customers and other departments to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to all safety programs and preventive maintenance.
