Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates company, is seeking an installer of automation devices for oil field equipment. You will work with internal teams to support safe, efficient project execution and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes meeting deadlines, safety, and hands-on installation of sensors, relays, and control components across sites. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with on-site travel required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–4 years of automation field experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install automation devices on oil field equipment (pressure transmitters, level gauges, solenoids, meters, ESD buttons, relays, batteries).
• Install steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings; cut and mount Unistrut; pull wires.
• Build structural supports and fabricate boxes/backplanes.
• Safely travel to customer locations and perform required work.
• Ensure service tickets are accurate and submitted promptly.
• Understand basic process flow conditions and promote safety and quality.
