Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; 18+ to drive company truck.
• 1–4 years of automation field experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Install automation devices on oil field equipment.
• Work with internal teams to support safe, efficient project execution.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.
• Safely drive to customer locations and perform required work.
• Ensure accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.
• Interpret basic process flow conditions.
• Lead and represent the organization with professionalism.
• Follow safety policies of partner company.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Interact effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
