Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Office skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uses advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and repair mechanical problems.
• Performs PLC troubleshooting and debugging.
• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings.
• Performs on-site set-up, programming, and training.
• Completes detailed reports and paperwork.
• Follows up with customers and other departments to ensure resolution.
• Follows preventive maintenance programs.
• Completes all training plans.
• Complies with safety programs and procedures.
• Travels up to 75% for up to two weeks at a time.
