Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Operations Engineer to join the Ops Integration Engineering team. You will own the operational integration of new automation equipment across Amazon’s last-mile network, traveling up to 80% to sites in North America to pilot, test, launch, and monitor performance.

You'll partner with Design, Process Engineering, Safety, and site teams to define standardized launch readiness, training, and scalable deployment playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Experience with retrofits, launches, or automation deployments.
• Experience working with Material handling equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Own the operational integration of new automation equipment and systems across Amazon’s last-mile network.
• Develop and deliver training curricula, define success criteria and KPIs, support SAT/FAT, and create operational standards.
