Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automation controls in industrial settings.
Experience with PCBs, HMIs, electrical enclosures, and wire harnesses.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation controls systems for TBMs and related equipment.
Program PLCs using structured text, with Beckhoff/TwinCAT focus.
Diagnose failures, inspect, and troubleshoot automation controls in the field.
Maintain PLC systems and calibrations; resolve issues.
Collaborate with HQ and field teams to iterate solutions.
Improve efficiency, safety, and performance of automation systems.
Document system specifications and troubleshooting guides.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and field technicians for integration.
Stay updated with automation advances and best practices.
