Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years developing industrial automation and controls.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience and reading schematics.
• Experience with sensors, actuators, I/O, and motion control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, integrate, and commission controls for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Develop PLC software using Beckhoff TwinCAT and company libraries.
• Configure Beckhoff IPCs, EtherCAT I/O, servo drives, sensors, and networks.
• Create machine sequences, state machines, interlocks, alarms, diagnostics, and recovery logic.
• Integrate PLC-controlled equipment with robotics, vision, and test systems.
• Implement safety systems including safety PLCs and guarding.
