Job summary

Lendbuzz Inc. is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in St. Louis, MO to expand our automotive finance network. You will be on-site, visiting dealerships daily and owning your territory with hands-on engagement and growth. The role requires residence near the territory and a passion for auto finance, driving results and partnerships.

The position offers a base salary with an uncapped commission and a strong OTE potential, reflecting performance in generating deals and expanding our market reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management, sales, or business development.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience.
• Willingness to work six days with daily in-person visits.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with relationship-building ability.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or Finance.

• Identify and engage new dealership partners to expand the network.
• Provide on-site dealer support and relationship management.
• Analyze market trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Promote brand and maintain consistent representation of offerings.
