Job summary

GEICO seeks a Field Auto Damage Trainee to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements. You will partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers to support customers after an accident.

The role requires customer-facing experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and an active California/federal license when applicable. Training is provided in Ashburn, VA and other centers.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred and experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
• Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Problem Resolution: resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
