The Bowers Group, a Legence company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support mechanical construction projects across the DMV area. This in-field role involves coordinating with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders, and assisting with procurement, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mechanical construction project mgmt or related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Mansioni

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors, project teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare purchase orders for project materials and equipment.
• Manage RFIs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Manage the project submittal process, including maintaining accurate submittal logs and tracking approvals.
• Assist with procurement and coordination of materials and equipment to support project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support ongoing project tracking and reporting.
• Attend project and client meetings and assist with follow-up on action items.
• Support the Project Manager in identifying and resolving project issues.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with internal teams, clients, general contractors, and project partners.
