Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage assistant project managers and staff across departments.
• Coordinate with general contractor and owner’s representatives to meet milestones.
• Manage project costs, budget projections, and change orders while tracking the schedule.
