Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction estimating (mechanical or plumbing preferred).
• Proficiency with Quote Express, AutoBid/AutoBid Pro, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing estimates for mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using drawings, MEP specifications, and bid documents.
• Enter and manage estimate data using Quote Express, AutoBid/AutoBid Pro, and Excel.
• Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Support bid preparation, documentation, and proposal submissions.
• Maintain organized estimating files and cost data.
• Participate in internal estimate reviews and project handoff meetings.
• Learn and apply company estimating procedures, standards, and best practice.
