Job summary

Whizz in Washington, DC is seeking an Asset Recovery Specialist to support its delivery network by recovering electric bicycles from debtors. This 1099, full-time role requires travel across DC and surrounding areas, with an emphasis on clear communication and accurate CRM data handling.

Responsibilities include coordinating round-trip pickups, speaking with debtors about balances, and using CRM, Google Sheets and Notion to log progress.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in security, police, army, or related field.
• Former or retired law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Washington, DC and surrounding areas for day trips.

Responsibilities

• Conduct round trips to collect and retrieve electric bicycles from debtors.
• Communicate with debtors regarding outstanding balances and e-bike collections.
• Manage tasks using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and Notion software.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by other departments.
• Effectively communicate with law enforcement and delinquent customers.
• Willingness to work in various parts of Washington, DC and travel within the state and to other cities for day trips.
