Job summary

FS Companies in Illinois seeks a Custom Applicator - Southern FS to perform agronomy custom applications, including chemicals and liquid fertilizer, and to deliver energy products. You will keep equipment and facilities in good repair and assist the Location Manager as needed.

Required: High school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, a Class A CDL with endorsements and a pesticide license (IDOA or Missouri).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Math skills for calculations in daily tasks and inventory management.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform agronomy custom applications of chemicals and liquid fertilizers; manage application equipment.
• Deliver energy products (LP, liquid fuels, oils) and assist with related service work.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; keep work areas clean and safe.
• Assist Location Manager with inventory, customer service, and sales support.
• Follow all policies and promote safety and customer satisfaction.
