Qualifications

• Education & Experience: HS diploma or GED, related experience preferred.
• Skills: strong communication, math basics, problem-solving.
• Certifications: Class A CDL with endorsements (ATX); Pesticide license as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Apply chemicals, liquid/dry fertilizers, and anhydrous ammonia with precision.
• Maintain and service application equipment to high standards.
• Deliver LP gas, fuels, and oil products; set up LP tanks and maintain pumps.
• Keep equipment and facilities clean, safe, and ready for seasonal demands.
• Assist with crop, energy, structures, and grain operations; support inventory and deliveries.
