Method Search Consultants assists an established ag retailer in Emporia, Kansas, to hire a Custom Applicator & Operations Support Specialist. The role focuses on applying crop protection products, supporting agronomy and grain operations, and maintaining safe field operations.

Qualifications

Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s License (1A/1B/1C) or ability to obtain one.
Valid CDL with endorsements or willingness to obtain it, plus DOT physical.
Strong safety mindset and knowledge of regulations.

Responsibilities

Apply crop protection products and fertilizers on customers’ fields using top-tier equipment.
Communicate daily activities with the agronomy superintendent or location manager.
Support inventory handling, loading/unloading, and facility upkeep.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment year-round.
Operate and maintain application and transport equipment to high standards.
Keep accurate records of applications and inventory levels.
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
