Job summary

Coopfe is seeking a Custom Applicator/General Laborer to operate row crop sprayers and related equipment, perform maintenance, and deliver products to customers. You will work with GPS and rate-control systems, handle hazardous materials, and maintain driving records. A strong customer service mindset and detail orientation are essential.

The role requires CDL/Class A and applicator endorsements or the ability to obtain them within 60 days, with long seasonal hours and teamwork across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL Class A license required or must be able to obtain ELDT.
• Commercial Applicators license with 1A, 1B, and 1C endorsements or must be able to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to work long seasonal hours.
• Details oriented to provide accurate and consistent work.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate row crop sprayer, dry and liquid flotation equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Understand variable rate controllers and GPS equipment.
• Apply accurate application to fields with or without special instructions.
• Work around and/or handle hazardous materials.
• Assist with truck driving and deliver products to customers.
• Complete and maintain driving and delivery records.
• Collaborate with location and department personnel.
• Present a professional image and promote teamwork.
