Job summary

Revvity in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Customer Application Scientist to support Diagnostics products and provide comprehensive training and troubleshooting for customers. You will work onsite and remotely as needed, travelling approximately 50% of the time to customer sites across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline or engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical or research role with at least 2 years using Mass Spec.

Responsibilities

• Setting up new mass specs and performing performance qualifications at customer sites.
• Training customers on Mass Spec assays for Newborn screening.
• Independently troubleshooting, resolving, and testing technical issues for products assigned by the Team Leader.
• Engaging Customer Service to assist with technical reviews of equipment orders.
• Transitioning knowledge to other team members through documentation and communication.
• Understanding and communicating product descriptions and customer specific workflows for products supported to product managements.
