Job summary

ASML is seeking a driven professional to lead the development and support of HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) solutions at a Texas customer site. Onboarding may occur in San Jose, CA or Hillsboro, OR before relocating to the customer site. The role drives the EBI solution for yield improvement and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, with strong data analysis skills and experience in SEM inspection, to deliver high-impact results for ASML and its clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Physics or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience, especially voltage-contrast use case.
  • Experience defining market needs based on customer insights and product knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze data and create experiment summaries; Design of Experiments is a plus.
  • Knowledge/hands-on experience with software/technical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own installed base application excellence and drive high utilization.
  • Manage recipe setup, maintenance, and use case development; drive bug fixes and new features.
  • Lead NPI engagement: demos at HMI and customer evaluations.
  • Collaborate with account teams to define customer-ready packages.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership through problem solving, training, and presentations.

The person filling this position will be a key driver to enable EBI solution for yield improvement.

This position is to lead the effort in developing and supporting HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) solution at a customer site in Texas. Onboarding may occur in San Jose, California or Hillsboro, Oregon before locating to customer site. The person filling this position will be a key driver to enable EBI solution for yield improvement.

Role and responsibilities
  • Responsible for application excellence of installed base, including Drive sufficient (high) utilization; Recipe setup and recipe maintenance; Use case development; Maintain tool-to-tool matching; Drive bug fix and new feature through SO system; Handle emergency service calls as required; Provide application training to customer (not overall official training)
  • Responsible for NPI engagement: demo at HMI and evaluation at customer site
  • Responsible for H2H execution (installed base and NPI) at customer site
  • Responsible for BKM creation and knowledge sharing (BKM library)
  • Responsible for use case collection and analysis (Part of customer intelligence)
  • Prepare and execute EBI at customer site
  • Work with account teams and marketing organizations to define the package that meets customers’ requirements.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership through problem solving, training and presentation.
  • Own project collaboration and drive technical engagement with the goal of meeting customer requirements and achieve tool-of-record configuration.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor degree in Physics or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience especially on voltage-contrast use case.
  • Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
  • Experience working with internal and external customers, understanding requirements and developing solutions
  • Capable of detailed Data Analysis and creation of experiment summary presentation
  • Design of Experiments creation for various use cases and sharing of results internally or to a customer
  • Knowledge/hands-on experience with software/technical tools

Other information
