Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Field Applications Engineer to support Energy Storage and AI Infrastructure markets. You will bridge customers with engineering, product marketing, and sales, driving design wins through high power density and next‑gen data infrastructure projects.

You will communicate with customers, create technical materials, and present solutions, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to exceed objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 2+ years in design or applications engineering of electrical hardware.
• Experience translating technical specs into design wins.
• Energy storage or AI infrastructure market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering, product marketing, and sales teams.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle — from discovery and design through prototyping and production.
• Develop customer-facing, application-specific technical materials and presentations.
• Provide responsive technical support addressing customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Travel as required to support customer engagements.
