Responsibilities

• Travels to customer facilities to enhance customer relations, answer questions and provide technical assistance with product application.
• Support customers during all phases of design from component selection through production.
• Create and foster relationships with customers through activities, including, but not limited to visits, active calls (conference and video) and seminars.
• Create and foster relationships with other internal department and international colleagues.
• Identify and report critical customer needs and market trends to management, product management and product definition engineers.
• Develop and conduct technical training presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally.
• Provides expert technical support for electronic components and basic technical support for electromechanical component to customers and colleagues regarding documentation, data requests and applications.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and to build own knowledge of technology and market developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Field Sales Engineers (FSE) at semiconductor partners within the region to foster customer specific design wins.
• Active participation and collaboration in regional, country and international conferences, workshops and eiSos Technical Academy related tasks
