Responsibilities

• Travels to customer facilities to enhance customer relations, answer questions and provide technical assistance with product application.
• Supports customers during all phases of design from component selection through production.
• Creates and fosters relationships with customers through activities, including visits, calls (conference and video) and seminars.
• Creates and fosters relationships with other internal departments and international colleagues.
• Identifies and reports critical customer needs and market trends to management, product management and product definition engineers.
• Develops and conducts technical training presentations and demonstrations, both internally and externally.
• Provides expert technical support for electronic components and basic technical support for electromechanical components regarding documentation, data requests and applications.
• Attends trade shows and conferences to promote products and to build knowledge of technology and market developments.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and Field Sales Engineers (FSE) at semiconductor partners to foster customer-specific design wins.
• Participates in regional, country and international conferences, workshops and eiSos Technical Academy related tasks
