Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Field Applications Engineer-CMM to install, integrate, and support CMM control systems. The role involves extensive travel, often exceeding 75%, and is based in a home-office within the Northeastern USA.

Responsibilities include onsite installation, retrofit, calibration, and training for end users, integrators, and staff, plus technical/documentation support for CGPD products. A BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mathematical skills with basic IT aptitude.
• Familiarity with GD&T concepts and CAD/CAM environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in a home-office setup.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation and calibration of Renishaw CMM systems.
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales and integrators.
• Train end users, integrators, and staff on CGPD products.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation and assist trade shows.
